- Shippers and their guests irrevocably and unconditionally waive and release their rights (if any) to recover from B&C Luxury Auto Ltd., its directors, officers and employees of any and all damages, losses, liabilities, cost or expenses and claims thereof, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which may arrive from, or be related to, bodily injury, property damage, or other occurrence on B&C Luxury Auto Ltd. premises. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall B&C Luxury Auto be liable for any special, incidental, consequential damage or lost profits that result from or are related to the sale, distribution or use of, or the inability to use any vehicle.
- In order to protect themselves against loss of any kind, we strongly recommend our customers to buy cargo marine insurance
- Storage charges: 0-7 days free; next 7 days at $10 a day; B&C reserves the right to dispose the vehicle if storage costs exceed the value of the vehicle (value determined by B&C policy) or vehicle was stored at B&C yard for over 90 days.
- Unless otherwise noted, all ocean freight quotations are: Valid for 30 days from the date or original quotation; subject to equipment availability; subject to any and all tariff additional valid at time of shipment. Inland freight quotations are: subject to third party increases valid at time of shipment: subject to any fuel surcharges valid at time of shipment.
- All export/import shipments are subject to U.S. Customs & Border Patrol Inspection, in case of Inspection B&C Luxury Auto Ltd is not responsible for any charges that may occur from Customs Inspection. All Inspection charges are on the account of shipper. Unless insurance is requested by shipper B&C Luxury Auto Ltd is liable for maximum $50.
- Estimated Time of Departure & Estimated Time of Arrival are only Estimated, but are not guaranteed. Actual transit may vary than what is quoted based on routing and schedule of the Ocean / Air carrier. B&C Luxury Auto Ltd is not liable for any 3rd party delays, damage, or conflict.
